We offer free shipping for orders over R$450.00 for the South and Southeast regions and R$500.00 for other regions, ensuring your products arrive safely anywhere in Brazil.

Important Information About Your Delivery:

We want your shopping experience to be the best possible. Therefore, stay informed about the details of your order's delivery:

Tracking: You can track the progress of your delivery at any time on the website.

Scheduling: It is not possible to schedule a specific time and date for delivery.

Receipt by third parties: If you are not at the location, another person can receive your order at the registered address, upon signing the delivery receipt.

Damage to packaging: If the packaging is damaged, you can refuse acceptance or contact us within seven days of delivery.

Delivery attempts: We make up to three delivery attempts. If we are unable to deliver after the third attempt, the order will be returned to our Distribution Center. In this case, a new shipping fee will be charged for re-shipping the purchase.
