In case of a defective or damaged product, please contact our team for a quick resolution, either by exchange or refund, in accordance with current legislation.

International

For purchases made in our store with international shipping, exchanges and returns follow the Beachers International Internal Policy, in accordance with applicable laws.

If your product arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or different from the order placed, please contact our support team so that we can offer an appropriate solution, where applicable.

Beachers does not provide refunds or exchanges for international purchases due to change of mind, regret, or incorrect size selection.
